Registrations after March 1st for the Spring season must be done on-line
There are two ways to register:

By mail with a check
STEPS TO A SUCCESSFUL MAIL-IN REGISTRATION (please use on-line registration after March 1st for the Spring season and August 1st for the Fall season)

Select and download the appropriate registration form below.
Fill-out the form(s) completely and as neatly as possible (your email address is very important as this is how your coach will contact you at the beginning of the season)
Make your check payable to: WYSA
Include the player(s) name in the "memo area" of your check
Mail payment and completed form(s) to:

Program registrations must be received by the appropriate "Registration Deadline"
