Please note the deadline for requesting refunds for the Fall 2018 season is August 1, 2018.


  • Grade K and Grade 1 - follows a clinic-style program.  Players and coaches meet on Saturdays for a practice followed by a game.  There is no practice during the week.

Volunteers Needed

Volunteers Needed for Board Positions

WYSA is looking for new board members for the positions listed below.  We are a volunteer organization and depend on our members to support the league as coaches, board members and even staffing the snack shack on Saturdays.  We are looking for people to fill the board positions below.  We ask that board members have at least a years experience as members of the WYSA program.  If you are interested in finding out more about these positions please .  

Our next board meeting is this Wednesday, April 4th at 7:00 pm at the 99 Restaurant on Littleton Road.  Feel free to join us!

Registrar:  Maintain the website, set up registration programs each season, answer parent questions regarding registration or direct them to the correct person, ensure all coaches have completed CORI checks; attend monthly board meetings (currently first Wednesdays of the month); and promoting fair play and the love of soccer.  Interested individuals should be very comfortable with learning new software programs and spreadsheets.  The website is maintained using League Athletics software - no software programming is needed!

Field Coordinator:  Responsible for filing the field permits for each season; providing field layouts; ensuring fields are lined; liaison with the town and schools for all field concerns; identifying equipment needs; attend monthly board meetings (currently first Wednesdays of the month); and promoting fair play and the love of soccer.

Division Directors:  Serve as the primary contact for families and coaches for assigned age division; create rosters and recruit coaches; address questions and concerns; prepare game schedules for in-town age groups; attend monthly board meetings (currently first Wednesdays of the month); and promoting fair play and the love of soccer.

Not Receiving E-Mails from WYSA?

Most soccer communications (team assignment, game schedule, team notices, etc.) are sent by email through our website.  In order to make sure you receive these important emails please do the following:

  • Make sure your Spam Filter allows emails from Notification@LeagueAthletics.com.  League Athletics has directions for most current email programs.  Click here for more information.   
  • Periodically check your spam and junk mail folders to make sure important soccer communications haven't been marked as spam.    
  • Check your account to make sure your email addresses are valid.   
  • Make sure you haven't checked off the "No Email" option or unsubscribed to emails.  If you want to receive the emails click here for instructions or click on "Parents/Player" and then select "Parent Instructions for WYSA Web."  The instructions are at the bottom of the page.
